Fulfillment Policy #
Nested Knowledge offers a cloud-based software-as-a-service evidence synthesis platform for AI-assisted systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses. Nested Knowledge features support search, screening, tagging, data extraction, critical appraisal, and data visualization.
Billing and Payment Methods #
Nested Knowledge offers two main methods for subscribing: 1) Online self-service subscriptions through Stripe; and 2) Subscriptions through a signed License Agreement. For more information on Stripe payments, refer to Stripe’s Frequently Asked Questions. Available Billing Intervals
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers are accepted. We do not accept checks. For details on Stripe’s Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance refer to https://stripe.com/legal/dpa. No payment details are stored by Nested Knowledge.
Refund policy #
Payments are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors or erroneous charges.
Cancellation policy: #
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, subscription access ends immediately and paid features will be unavailable.
After cancellation, customers will retain access to their existing nests, but they will lose the ability to update or add studies to their nests. Customers will have the ability to export data in a variety of common file formats.

Export restrictions #
Nested Knowledge welcomes international customers in all countries except those sanctioned by the United States or those deemed high-risk by the payment provider, Stripe.
Value Added Tax (VAT) Collection
Value-Added Tax (VAT) applies to customers in some countries. Nested Knowledge’s prices are tax-exclusive. VAT is added to the price and collected at the time of checkout. Businesses wishing to be excluded from VAT must supply their VAT ID. This applies for General Service Tax (GST) as well. VAT number and address will be displayed on receipts or invoices.
