Nested Knowledge offers a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SAAS) platform for reviewing and sharing biomedical evidence from the published literature. Nested Knowledges offers features supporting search, screening, data extraction, appraisal, and visualization of gathered evidence. Nested Knowledge supports monthly and annual subscriptions.
Refund policy
Nested Knowledge does not offer refunds on payments.
Cancellation policy
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time from their Account Management page. The subscription will end at the end of their current billing cycles.
Issues and Support
Technical support is available to all users. For issues with your subscription, including technical difficulties contact support@nested-knowledge.com. Research support and onboarding training may be purchased.
Export restrictions
We welcome international customers. International customers may be required to supply a VAT id or pay VAT tax if applicable. Nested Knowledge sells to all countries except those sanctioned by the United States or those deemed high-risk by the payment provider Stripe.
Credit Card Security
Nested Knowledge uses Stripe to process payment. For details on Stripe’s Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance refer to https://stripe.com/legal/dpa. No payment details are stored by Nested Knowledge.
Accepted Credit Cards
Nested Knowledge reserves the right to amend this policy at the company’s discretion.
